The closing date is 31 May 2026.  Each photographer may send in up to 4 photographs of flora, fauna or landscapes taken in Richmond Park, preferably during different seasons in the last year.

Our Calendar is very popular, helping to raise substantial funds for projects in Richmond Park, so we are very grateful to all those who donate their photographs.

Submission Rules

By submitting photographs for the 2027 Calendar the photographer gives permission to the Friends of Richmond Park to feature the photographs, with accreditation, in any of their publications and communications. Copyright for all submitted photographs remains with the photographer and there is no fee for any submitted photographs. The Friends of Richmond Park will endeavour to credit the photographer whenever possible but accepts no liability should it be inadvertently omitted.

• File Format :                    High Resolution JPEG
• File Name Format :      Month-Subject-Surname.jpeg ( for example: May-PenPonds-Marshall.jpeg )
