Special offer on Friends' books. From now until the end of the year, the Visitor Centre has a special offer on the Friends’ publications. You can buy the Guide to Richmond Park at £6.99 rather than £9.99 and Family Trails at £4.99 rather than £6.99. The Visitor Centre is open Fri, Sat, Sun 10am – 3pm and Mon – Thurs 11am – 2pm (dependent on volunteer availability). Cash only please.
Gift membership of the Friends of Richmond Park will give pleasure right through the year. Contact Sheila Hamilton, the Hon. Membership Secretary of the Friends, before the end of November and she will send you a welcome pack for you to hand over in person at Christmas, including a copy of our latest newsletter and a map of the Park. The Friends' full-colour 2013 calendar, which includes over 60 stunning images, is a must-have for anyone who enjoys the Park. It is available from the Visitor Centre, price £5.99 and from the Holly Lodge reception from Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm) – cash only please.
The Visitor Centre is also selling Friends' Christmas cards at £1 each or 6 for £5.00. Photographs for both cards and calendar have been kindly donated and all profit from sales will go to help conservation projects in the Park.
