Alex Saberi has taken many stunning photographs of Richmond Park. They are featured on the cover of the Friends’ Guide to Richmond Park and can be seen on the walls of Pembroke Lodge. Last year, one of his photographs of the Park appeared in five daily newspapers on the same day and they have appeared recently in the November 2011 National Geographic – Visions of Earth.
A new book of his photographs of the Park’s wildlife, plant life and rolling landscapes has been published, also featuring text written by John Karter who is a journalist, lives near the Park and was on the Friends’ Committee until last year. One of the photographs is shown opposite.
