John Bartram talk 13 Jan

“Living in the park was like living in a surreal institution because it was very rare I would go outside the walls of the park.”

John Bartram, the recently retired head gamekeeper of Richmond Park, is giving a talk on A Life in the Park at Pembroke Lodge on Saturday 13 January. It starts at 1.00 pm and is free to members of The Friends of Richmond Park. Not to be missed!

John has recently written a book recounting his experiences living and working in Richmond Park for 30 years. It’s on sale at the Visitor/Information Centre by Pembroke Losge.

If you’re not yet a member of The Friends you can join here. Membership is only £10 a year, or £15 per household.
