Holly Lodge, situated in the middle of the Park, opened its gates to more than 1,100 visitors who came to the Richmond Park Open Day on Sunday 23rd September.
There were lots of interesting things to see and learn, for all the family. The gates opened at 11.00am to heavy rain and just a few hardy visitors, but by early afternoon the sun shone bright and visitors poured in to see the many stalls and items on display. Everyone said how much they enjoyed it.
Friends volunteers helped with the organising and successful running of the event. Thank you to all involved.
