Take a walk on the wild side. (A Discoverers event for families) – 19th May

 

The giant oaks of High Wood’ are some of the oldest living things on our planet!
Meet some truly remarkable trees. Measure their waistlines to find out their age. Understand what makes them so special, and important to the Park’s ecology.

The walk will start from Broomfield Hill car park, and end in the Isabella Plantation, amongst the azaleas and bluebells.
